At this time, we ONLY partner with the following insurance and EAP providers:

For those with other medical insurance coverage, depending on your current health insurance provider or employee benefit plan, it is possible for services to be covered in full or in part. Please contact your provider to verify how your plan compensates you for psychotherapy services.
I’d recommend asking these questions to your insurance provider to help determine your benefits:
- Does my health insurance plan include mental health benefits?
- Do I have a deductible? If so, what is it and have I met it yet?
- Does my plan limit how many sessions per calendar year I can have? If so, what is the limit?
- Do I need written approval from my primary care physician in order for services to be covered?

PREPARE/ENRICH Premarital Counseling (Includes two workbooks and a certificate of completion)
$700 for five 60 minute sessions.
$900 for five 90 minute sessions.
$35.00 Online Couples Assessment (Paid to PREPARE/ENRICH)
*90 minute sessions are required for the first couples/family session.
*Additional sessions are billed at the Relationship Counseling rate.
*There is a $25.00 service fee for in-home/community based services within 20 miles of the office. The federal mileage rate will be added to the service fee for every full mile over 20 miles
Payment
All session billing is conducted via Ivy Pay. Ivy Pay only works with clinicians, meets HIPAA requirements, and shows up on statements as just "Ivy" for added confidentiality. You can pay with credit cards, check/debit cards, as well as flexible spending account (FSA) and health savings account (HSA) cards.
Billing for other services (records requests, treatment summaries, letters, court services, etc) can be explained upon request
Cancellation Policy
If you are unable to attend a session, please make sure you cancel at least 24 hours beforehand. Otherwise, you will be charged a $50 late cancellation fee.
